We always seek to explore an exceptional crop or new processing methods to let you share our journey of discovery and be our partner in the tasting. Therefore, we sought to build a team of expertise in evaluating the quality of green coffee, roasting coffee, and tasting it, and we sought to support and develop our team by learning courses in green coffee and picking methods. And its cultivation, and in roasting and its scientific arts, and getting accreditation from the International Specialty Coffee Association (SCAalty Coffee Association (SCA).
