1. Definitions

"SHOVEL", "the Roastery", "we", "our", or "us" refers to SHOVEL Coffee Roastery, owner and operator of the website:

"Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any person who accesses the website or places an order through it.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability, review, and acceptance by SHOVEL Coffee Roastery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following circumstances:

Product unavailability.
Errors in pricing, quantities, or product descriptions.
Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment methods.
Inability to contact the customer to complete order information.
Operational or logistical circumstances that prevent order fulfillment.

If an order is canceled before shipment or delivery, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

SHOVEL reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect confirmed and completed orders.

An order shall not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully completed or the selected payment method has been approved.

4. Pricing, Content, and Product Information Errors

Unintentional errors may occur in product pricing, images, weights, specifications, or descriptions.

In such cases, SHOVEL reserves the right to:

Correct the error.
Cancel the affected order.
Refund the full amount paid within seven (7) business days.

No additional compensation shall be due in such circumstances.

5. Shipping and Delivery

SHOVEL strives to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes displayed; however, such timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHOVEL shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers.
Weather conditions.
Government procedures or restrictions.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

6. In-Store Pickup Orders

When the customer selects the in-store pickup option, SHOVEL will notify the customer once the order is ready for collection.

Orders must be collected within seven (7) days from the date of the pickup notification.

If the order is not collected within this period, SHOVEL reserves the right to:

Cancel the order.
Dispose of, reallocate, or resell the products.
Deduct any actual costs incurred for preparation, storage, handling, or disposal of the order, where applicable.

For food products, roasted coffee, ground coffee, or products specially prepared upon customer request, SHOVEL reserves the right not to refund the value of such products after the pickup period has expired.

7. Food Products and Coffee Lots

Due to the nature of coffee and agricultural products:

Flavor, aroma, and tasting notes may naturally vary between crops, lots, harvests, and production batches.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Natural variations in coffee characteristics, tasting notes, or roast profiles shall not be considered defects.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Food products may not be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or when doing so may affect the product's health and safety standards.

Any shortage, damage, or issue with an order must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the order.

9. Accounts and Confidentiality

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and passwords.

SHOVEL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

10. Fraud and Misuse

SHOVEL reserves the right to cancel any order or suspend any account in cases involving:

Fraudulent activity.
Abuse of promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.
Unauthorized attempts to access website systems or data.
Providing misleading, inaccurate, or false information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the website, including but not limited to:

Logos.
Designs.
Images.
Text.
Videos.
Brand identity elements.

12. Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided on an "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SHOVEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of the website or products.

In all cases, SHOVEL's maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Force Majeure

SHOVEL shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters.
Fires.
Epidemics or pandemics.
General technical failures.
Shipping or logistics disruptions.
Government actions or restrictions.
