First: Return Policy for Roasted Coffee

As roasted coffee is a perishable food product, it cannot be returned once the package has been opened or used.
Exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • If the product is completely damaged
  • If there is a clear manufacturing defect or issue
  • If the product’s serial numbers or labels are missing or removed

Second: Exchange Policy for Roasted Coffee

Roasted coffee products (beans) cannot be exchanged after delivery, except in the following case:

  • If the error is from our side, such as receiving a product that does not match the original order

Third: Refunds (Order Cancellation)

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 24 business days
